About Laurel

A little about me...

After graduating with honors from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at CU Boulder, I started my career in copywriting working for the consulting, training and support services division of Sun Microsystems in Broomfield, CO.

At Sun I excelled in a number of different marcom, web development and corporate communications roles, including becoming the youngest division communications manager in Sun's history. After leaving Sun in the summer of '04, I started a contract sales and communications firm with my husband and am currently a freelancer for a variety of companies across the front range.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, reading, journaling - and most of all - playing with my Welsh Corgi, Hutch.
